Course Name Teaching Objectives
Study of Organizational Behavior

After completing this course, students will be able to
1. Understand the development trend and research orientation of organizational behavior.
2. Know the individual behavior of organizational behavior, the connotations of group behavior and organizational development, the theoretical basis and practices.
3. Explore the research topics of organizational behavior in the field of vocational education.

 

Study in Innovative Teaching

The course aims to explore the significance, trend, basic rules, and design strategies in innovative teaching. The exploration includes individual teaching, group teaching, cognitive development teaching, information teaching, thinking techniques, teaching theory fundation, designing principles, designing essentials, teaching systems, and practical strategies.

The Study on Mobile and Ubiquitous Learning

This course aims to introduce the scope and connotations of action carriers and sensing technology in teaching. It enables learners to integrate the concepts and ideas with development and application of emerging action and perception technologies, and extend them to future teaching and research.

 

Study on Learning Models and Strategies and Evaluation of E-Learning

The course aims to develop digital collection and creative e-learning environment; e-learning models, strategies, and evaluation; and explore the learning effects.

 

Study of Curriculum Development in Technological and Vocational Education

The course aims to comprehend the basic concepts and theory fundation in TVE, analyze the principles and practices in TVE curriculum development, compare TVE curriculum development models, comment the features in domestic and international TVE curriculum development, related researches and the applications.

 

Special Topic on Multi-media Instruction Design

This course focuses on the topics and connotations of multimedia teaching design contents such as effect critical analysis, theoretical framework, research methods, and assessment of multimedia teaching strategies.

 

Career Planning and Development of Employee

The course aims to discuss career planning and development theories, and reflect on career planning related issues from the view of employees and organizations to develop proper career planning and management models.

Special Topic in Contemporary Applied Psychology

The objectives of this course are to explore the basic principles of the scientific theory of psychology, to examine and analyze the phenomena of individual and social behavior in the surrounding life from a psychological point of view so as to enable leaners to detect and change the individual's psychological process and behavior patterns, and have successful, harmonious and healthy life.

Study on Technology and Project Management

The course aims to introduce the basic concepts about technology and project management and its nine major epistemology, offer the specific knowledge and creative, prospective techniques to engineering and technological industry, and promote educational training projects systematically to develop project managers.

10 Study on Developmental Issues of Higher Technological and Vocational Education

The curse aims to comprehend the development process and related issues in higher TVE, domestic TVE important policies and practical experiences in higher TVE in the last two decades, specific measures in higher TVE colleges development and reform, and their mata analyses.

Study on Counseling Process

The aims of the course are to discuss the development in helping relationship and the factors in counseling process and effect. So, students can improve their abilities of helping people, better understand different cases, and deep comprehend professional knowledge of counseling.
